Lil' Boots Advanced (for ages 5-6) is designed as an active, age-appropriate and fun introduction to fundamental soccer skills. In addition to basic technical training , we add challenges through more complex activities and introduce the concept of team play in a positive, supportive way with small-sided games. These exercises give players a chance to develop physical skills like coordination and balance while practicing important mental skills such as listening, communication, problem-solving and creativity. By training the body and brain together, players develop a stronger set of skills to help them on and off the field.
