“More hours, more skills, more training”

Are you looking to outshine all of your competition at High School soccer tryouts?

Undoubtedly, high school tryouts are always a high pressure situation.  With preparation, you can take all of the pressure off your shoulders, and go into your tryouts confident, focused, and prepared.  Through repetition and hardwork, Golden Boot Soccer’s high school prep program is designed to give every player the work ethic and technical ability required to perform to the best of their ability at the high school level.

Golden Boot will help your athlete:

  • Be in peak shape entering the upcoming high school season.  (Coaches do not take players that are out of shape seriously. Being “fit” is half the battle for a good tryout.)
  • Improve and/or refine your technical skills. (Whether dribbling, passing, or shooting, our aim is to help every player perform as good or better than their competition.)
  • Stand out to impress the coaches. (Coaches are always looking for that “diamond in the rough.” Whether it’s scoring goals, making great passes, or being a standout defender, all can contribute to a great tryout.)

High School Prep is designed to allow your child to refine all of the technical skills (dribbling, passing, and shooting) that are needed to play at the high school level.  Also, players will go through rigorous conditioning (agility, speed, and endurance) to get them into peak shape entering their tryout.

7 weekly clinics run by college & professional coaches!

The program is suitable for advanced WAGS & NCSL players who are interested in playing in a highly competitive level. Don't miss this unique opportunity to be trained by some of the top soccer experts in America

Private Coaching

Private coaching gives players personal attention and mentoring from top-level Golden Boot trainers – an approach that is extremely valuable to the growth and development of young players. In all custom sessions, top-level Golden Boot Soccer trainers will implement an in-depth, personalized assessment and intervention strategy based on a player's existing strengths and areas in need of improvement. Take advantage of this fully customized approach to refine skills faster and get exactly what your player needs to reach the next level.

Areas of Development

  • Individual technical skills training
  • Physical training: Speed, agility, and coordination
  • Cognitive and brain-based training: Multitasking, processing speed, situational awareness, smart decision-making and more
  • Position-based training: Goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders, forwards
  • Travel tryout prep
  • Pre-season conditioning

Mini Groups (2-4 players)

Team or large group training is also available. Please contact us for a customized proposal for groups of 5 or more players.

The advantages of private sessions are clear: A player receives a trainer’s full care and attention and works only on targeted skills.

But Golden Boot Soccer also believes in the special advantages of carefully structured mini groups of 2-4 players. By challenging themselves against their peers as well as their trainer, players get all the benefits of private coaching, but in addition are able to take advantage of opportunities and training styles not available in solo work.

Advantages

  • Combine individualized attention with group training activities
  • Apply learned concepts to game situations
  • Manage pressure from opponents
  • Utilize cognitive training such as synchronized exercises and overload training
  • Add group challenges, competitions and contests

CognoSoccer Groups (4+ players)

Our new cutting edge CognoSoccer program is now available for groups of 4 or more players. Contact us for a customized proposal. Click here to learn more about the methodology and benefits of training mind and body together.

New for Spring 2017: Travel players are invited to apply for our upcoming CognoSoccer class, taught by Coach Tamir Linhart himself. Please email info@goldenbootsoccer.com with information about your player. Exact class dates and times will be determined based on participant schedules.

Let the game be the teacher

Street soccer is in the DNA of all the world's best players -- and so Golden Boot has created opportunities for players to connect with others and play, just as if they were meeting at a neighborhood field. These supervised, "organized pickup" situations are vital for developing originality, imagination, creativity, craftiness, problem-solving, and unique styles of play. Players receive supervision by Golden Boot trainers, who act as mentors instead of coaches.
  • A variety of pickup-style games
  • Different size teams: from 1 vs. 1 to 7 vs. 7
  • Different size fields, goals, and balls
  • Panna games
  • Freestyle tricks, and moves
  • Optional swimming for our full-day camp players

All players will receive a Golden Boot Soccer T-shirt! It's our way of counting down to the kickoff of our 20th anniversary season in 2018.

In the midst of the game, a player's brain is accomplishing the incredible feats of multitasking, tracking, anticipating, timing, strategizing, reacting, problem-solving and executing. Therefore, it’s crucial for youth players to develop their brain as well as their body. Golden Boot’s brain-centered training program incorporates cognitive challenges into traditional technical and tactical training. The activities are designed to constantly make players multitask and solve problems on the field. Technique and athleticism are still important qualities but “thinking players” stand above the rest.

  • Multitasking capability
  • Situational awareness
